Privacy PolicyThis privacy policy applies to all apps (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SPELLENX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application obtains anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics to improve performance and user experience. For advertising purposes, AdMob may collect device information to serve personalized ads.
For Applications offering optional cloud backup or sync features, Google Sign-In is used solely for authentication to enable Google Drive backup. User-generated content is stored locally; if sync is enabled, it is backed up to the user's personal Google Drive, which we cannot access.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
The Application does not collect precise, real-time location data to track your physical location or movements. Location-related permissions may be required for features such as Wi-Fi scanning and network functionality. These permissions are used only for those features. Ad networks may use non-precise location data to provide relevant advertising.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. Anonymous or pseudonymous data may be shared with third-party service providers for the following purposes:
- Serving relevant advertisements – via Google AdMob
- Analytics and application improvement – via Firebase Analytics
- Crash reporting and performance monitoring – via Firebase Crashlytics
Additionally, for Applications with sync and Speech-to-Text Features:
- Authentication data is processed by securely through Google Sign-In services.
- Backup data is stored in your personal Google Drive, governed by Google's privacy practices.
- Microphone access may be requested only when you choose to use the speech-to-text feature for adding content. We do not access or record microphone audio in the background.
For Wi-Fi and network features, the Application may access network name (SSID), signal strength, connection details, IP address, nearby Wi-Fi networks, and locally detected devices. Required Wi-Fi or location permissions are used only for these features. Where possible, this information is processed locally on the device.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app. To opt out of personalized ads, adjust your device's advertising settings. Analytics can be disabled in your device or app settings. For Applications offering optional cloud backup or sync features, you may disable sync within the app at any time.
Child Usage Restriction
This Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's app usage and help enforce this policy by instructing children never to submit personal information through the Application.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@spellenx.com so we can take prompt action to remove such data.
In some countries, you must be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of your personal data. Where applicable, a parent or guardian may provide consent on behalf of a younger user.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We take reasonable measures to protect any information processed by the Application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
